Full time permanent position, 37 hours per week
Based in Reading, with travel across Berkshire and Thames Valley area
Salary in the range: £30,184 to £33,538 per annum
Alana House is an innovative women’s community project run by Parents And Children Together (PACT). It provides a holistic approach to support women facing multiple disadvantages, including those at risk of offending. It provides a safe, women only space with the aim to empower and enable women to access the support they need, and improve the outcomes for them, their families and the wider community.
This is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to achieve the positive engagement of service users resulting in positive outcomes. As Team Leader, you will ensure day to day services are planned, co-ordinated and delivered effectively as well as caseload management across the team, which will include responsibility for your own caseload.
You will have experience of providing support to women with complex needs, preferably for those within the criminal justice setting. You should have experience of managing a team, monitoring performance, and ensuring KPIs are met.
