Salary range: £34,209 - £36,708 p.a. inc.

The Post
We are looking for an experienced Employment and Apprenticeship Officer to join the award winning Brent Works Job Brokerage Service based in the Civic Centre. Brent Works won the Place West London Award for best employment initiative in West London and was also shortlisted for London and National Awards in the last year.
The postholder will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing unemployed and/or disadvantaged people into employment or apprenticeships and working to individual employment/recruitment outcome related targets
The Person
Previous experience of successfully engaging employers and meeting their recruitment needs across a range of sectors is essential. Knowledge of the construction sector and experience working with property developers would also be advantageous. We are also looking for someone who has experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders.
Apprenticeship related market experience would be an advantage including knowledge of the national framework and policies related to the employment, apprenticeships and skills sectors.
The post-holder will deliver excellent customer service to both employers and residents and develop and maintain good relationships across the sector.
