Business Systems Support and Trainer -  The Business Systems Team is part of the Adults and Health Directorate at Barnet Council. Our team's main role is to support and maintain the various IT systems used across Adults and Health; providing training, helpdesk support, configuring and maintaining these.

About the role

This role requires experience of providing system support and maintaining IT systems; experience is desirable with regards to prior knowledge/experience using Mosaic or Framework knowledge of the Mosaic or Framework-i social care database is desirable.  You should also have experience of providing training to individuals and groups of staff, ideally within an IT context. You will be a proactive, confident team player with excellent communication and strong IT skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, be able to prioritise and manage your own workload

About you

We are looking for somebody to join us in a systems support and training role. You will provide first and second line support to users of our IT systems, in particular Mosaic.  You will be responsible for logging support requests received, providing guidance, making changes and corrections in the system. You will also provide both group and 1-to-1 training to system users; this could be in a classroom environment or remotely using tools such as Microsoft Teams.  You will help to develop and maintain our system guidance documentation and training materials.
