Job description
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function including co-ordinating recruitment and selection activity; responsibility for day to day operation and updating of information systems including payroll reporting; and providing HR related management information.
Role requirements
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (level 5), or working towards or qualified through equivalent professional experience. You will have experience of working at a similar level in a generalist remit and have successfully co-ordinated a significant recruitment workload whilst supporting other responsibilities such as payroll.
You will have an up to date knowledge of employment law and experience of working with and analysing statistical data. A proven ability to exercise judgement, as well as form productive and positive relationships at all levels. Being able to plan and organise your workload whilst maintaining attention to detail is essential. There will also be opportunities to be involved in project work such as the annual employee benefit programme.
