About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join Hillingdon Business Administration Team as a high-level minute taker/Administrator. We are a dynamic team and we go above and beyond for our residents.
The role will see the successful candidate working alongside colleagues to support our social care teams with both minute taking and a range of administrative tasks, helping us to deliver our Service Level Agreements. This means ensuring all minutes are recorded to a high standard and delivered within set timescales in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement and personal initiative are valued.
If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join the Business and Technical Support Team. We are a dynamic team, and we go above and beyond for our residents. The role will see the successful candidate working as part of our Technical Support Team, supporting our managers with the Technical Support Coordinator with the various administrative tasks and delivering to Service Level Agreements'. This means ensuring all requests for support are dealt with to the highest standards.
This role is primarily around providing minute taking support to our social care teams for example children's safeguarding case conferences, Fostering and Adoption Panel meetings and other high-profile meetings which requires a high level of confidentiality and the ability to listen to what is sometimes upsetting information.
In addition, the role can also involves updating databases, resolving financial queries, document management, supporting social work teams, internal and external communication and working with a range of IT systems.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and flexible person who is self-motivated, with a positive attitude and committed to Putting Our Residents First.
You will have exceptional minute taking skills and attention to detail, the ability to meet statutory deadlines and priorities, possess the tenacity to 'get the job done' and the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
With a sound knowledge of IT systems, you will preferably have previous experience of supporting multi-disciplinary teams with comprehensive knowledge of technical administration services and of developing and maintaining good working relationships. We are looking for someone who is able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
