Public Realm Supervisor x 2 positions
£33,324 - £35, 751 per annum plus contractual overtime
To provide operational leadership on a duty management basis for services across the borough. to effectively and efficiently deploy resources and resolve day to day issues arising in relation to staff, vehicles, and all aspects of the street and estate cleansing services. To line manage a large team of front line staff ensuring compliance with the councils disciplinary, capability and sickness management procedures, experience of leading and managing a large, multi skilled workforce is required and must be demonstrated in the application.
All positions require 13 contractual weekend and bank holiday working.
