Islington HR has reshaped its services, creating 3 new functions – HR Customer Delivery, Organisational Development and Strategic HR Partnering. We currently have an opportunity for a fixed term HR Coordinators to join our rapidly expanding team on a 9 month contract. As a HR Coordinator, you’ll provide advice on the organisation’s policies, procedures and practices to our managers and staff. You will also manage the processing of employee changes including our recruitment candidate offer process, via our HR systems. As a member of the wider HR Customer Delivery team, you will also play a key role in ensuring that we deliver the very best service to our customers through a strong focus on qualitative and quantitative data analysis. This is a great opportunity to build your current HR knowledge and skills across the employee life cycle working collaboratively across the HR team and council. We are also committed to supporting development through training, coaching and work shadowing.
