HR Shared Service Assistant
At Middlesex University we deliver a high-quality professional support service to help our students’ achieve success.
We are looking for an efficient, customer focused team player who is passionate about providing a great customer service.
With excellent attention to detail and good communication skills, you will join a busy HR Shared Service team. You will deliver a front-line HR advisory service to internal and external customers using the University’s HR policies and procedures. Providing a high-quality HR operational service dealing with a range a query i.e. recruitment, immigration, contractual changes, maternity, leavers, etc by following processes methodically and using Oracle HR and our e-recruitment system. You will be required to use your own initiative to manage your own workload and resolve problems, liaising with faculties and services across the University.
We are continuously looking for new ways to improve our service and operations; as a team member you will be actively involved in helping us to achieve this.
