The Corporate Human Resources team are looking for a Senior Lead Recruitment to join their team.
You will lead on the delivery of a first class recruitment service, promoting Islington as an employer of choice and adopting innovative approaches to campaigns to attract diverse candidates.
You will ensure that the council’s employer brand, values and behaviours are embedded across the recruitment system, processes, social media and advertising platforms, continually reviewing the impact of attraction strategies. You will champion the development of digital solutions, such as automation, virtual reality and customer centred strategies.
You will also act as the council’s Safe Recruitment expert providing expert advice and guidance to managers and HR colleagues.
