About the Job As Occupational Therapists we have a strong focus on supporting individuals to maximise their independence and safety in their home environment. We offer a personalised, asset-based approach with our residents and carers at the heart of decision-making.
We have a history of strong collaborative working with our health partners which further supports our commitment to providing joined-up and effective service provision.

We will support you to develop your full potential and offer on-going learning and development opportunities together with regular small group development and individual supervision plus performance appraisal.
