Job introduction
The governors of this welcoming and friendly Catholic school are seeking to appoint an excellent Individual Needs Assistant.
The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic or be fully committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of our school; energetic and enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and learning.
Paid weeks per year: 47.15 inclusive of holiday entitlement
Fixed term for: Linked to child
Start date: As soon as possible
About the role
We are seeking to appoint a kind and caring person to support a child with specific needs. They will have the following essential skills:-
- Experience working as an INA supporting vulnerable pupils
- Able to work on own initiative
- Able to work as part of the class and school teams
- Able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience and adaptability when faced with a variety of different situations
