The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paediatric Community Occupational Therapist within the Children with Complex Needs Team. The main role will involve carrying out assessments and recommending specialist equipment, minor and major adaptations, and to advise on safe manual handling techniques. You will work closely with other professionals such as Social Workers, NHS OT’s and Physiotherapists. You will hold a varied caseload, assisting children and young people with disabilities (including those with physical/learning disabilities and or mental health problems) to fulfill their potential to live safely and independently and improve their life outcomes and that of their families.

Salary details
£37,491 - £39,462 per annum (PO2)

N.B: All appointments will be offered at the starting salary for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the grade), which is subject to evidential proof.
