Head of Capital Projects Delivery (Development)
What we are looking for…
Do you have a strong proven track record procuring and project managing the development of new homes, and large-scale refurbishment and remediation? Can you ensure our projects are delivered to time, budget and high customer satisfaction?
About You
With an eye for detail, you will ensure projects are procured, planned, programmed and delivered to time and budget and data is fully recorded for compliance and the production of high-quality O&M manuals upon completion.
Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be a team player committed to providing high quality, safe homes for our residents. You will also require excellent solution-based relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with contractors, developers, consultants and other stakeholders.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of the principles, legislations, regulations and statutory requirements including - building regulations, fire safety legislation and health and safety to name a few.
