Specialist Dyslexia Tutor

Hours per week: 1 hour per week for the Autumn Term approx. 12 weeks

Hourly Rate: Negotiable

Contract: Casual

Start Date: Week beginning 27th September (date/time is negotiable)

 

Job role

We are looking for a specialist dyslexia tutor with experience working in primary teaching. The role will involve working one to one with a KS2 pupil, focusing on English and maths skills and helping the pupil develop their basic skills.

The candidate will need to have a clear understanding of successful resources and interventions specifically aimed at children with severe dyslexia. They will then need to work alongside supporting adults to ensure this best practice can then be embedded into further work throughout the week.
