We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support both the Group Director of Assets and the Group Director of Sales and Building Safety.

First and foremost, you’ll be a true team player, naturally able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Working closely with the two executive directors as their main point of support, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver our exciting plans across Assets, Sales and Building Safety, helping us stay on track with our objectives.

This is a PA role with an expectation of some working from the office, but it’s far from the norm. Of course we’ll need your strength in keeping accurate records, taking meeting minutes, managing the director’s busy diaries and inboxes. You will assist in the preparation of key documents including the business plan and presentations to stakeholders. You’ll also provide support to our Senior Management Teams.

We will trust you, challenging you to use your initiative and creativity to find solutions within your remit. As well as thinking quickly, you’ll also use your excellent organisational skills to organise meetings, team briefings and special events. You’ll know your way around Microsoft Office well enough for the administrative part of this role to be a breeze.

You’ll be appreciated in this role. Whether it is your flexible approach to work, your ability to be both assertive and engaging, your cool approach when deadlines or priorities change, or your ability to anticipate problems and think quickly, the Group Directors will depend on you to help them work efficiently.

We’ll offer you development in return for your hard work and will support your ambitions to grow. Whether you’re an experienced Coordinator or PA looking for a change or have transferrable skills and want to try something new, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

So, if like us, you’re motivated to support others and are passionate about taking Notting Hill Genesis on its journey, we would love to hear from you. You will help us make a difference.

This advert closes at mid-day on 28 September 2021. You will need to provide your CV and a Supporting Statement demonstrating how you meet the criteria for the role. Interviews will take place week commencing 11 October 2021.
