The Job

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, with proven experience of Income Recovery, credit control, who is a team player and can support us with our continued success and development of our Customer Accounts Team.

You’ll be a proactive problem solver who thrives on performance and achieving positive results and who is adaptable and willing to learn.  You will also have a keen eye for detail, with sound mathematical and analytical skills.

Leading on complex casework and legal action, you’ll have experience of preparing, presenting at possession and stay hearings in county courts.  We require someone with good knowledge of different tenure types including Leasehold, General Needs and Shared Ownership and an understanding of service charges, with working practice of rent arrears protocols.

You’ll be confident using housing/income management systems and have demonstrable problem-solving skills, take ownership and resolve customer account enquiries working closely with internal and external colleagues.

You’ll have a great team-spirit, with a continued understanding of the positive impact your work has on your team and our residents. You’ll be polite, approachable and professional with the ability to communicate to a diverse range of people. We’re looking for people who have strong IT skills with the ability to multi-task.
