Paid weeks per year: 46.94 inclusive of holiday entitlement

About the role
We are seeking to appoint a confident, experienced and caring Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work 1-1 with a child with complex, SEMH needs. Candidates for this post will need to demonstrate their resilience, ability to use their own initiative and strong understanding of emotional regulation. This is a permanent contract.
Previous experience of supporting children with SEMH needs in a primary school setting is desirable.
