About the role

We are looking for a flexible professional with good database knowledge who will be given the opportunity to expand their IT development and training skills, in order to provide support for a Corporate Debt management system (previously BHCC used Attila, currently Lateral). We also require that you have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer support for several frontline employees within different service areas.

This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the configuration of the system and assist in the diagnosis of system errors and problems
  • Deliver classroom training, one-to-one support and develop bespoke training courses
  • Work with key business leads to develop assessment tools that support social care requirements
  • Support the testing of upgrades, changes and modifications to the system
  • Liaise with senior colleagues, other IT & Digital support teams and suppliers
  • Create user and system level documentation as appropriate to the needs of the system
  • Resolve incidents and support requests

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
