As Optivo’s Sales Administrator, you will be a key person in the Sales team supporting sales events and ensuring all administrative support is provided to the highest standard during your Fixed Term Contract.

You will be the first point of contact and your day to day will consist of managing schedules, answering emails and telephone queries and providing back office support for the sales team.
This exciting role will have you attending sales and marketing events when required and tracking invoices.
You will liaise with suppliers and arrange key meetings as you have full oversight of the team’s schedule.
