This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic person who shares our commitment, to join us and make a tangible difference to the lives of homeless ex-offenders whilst ensuring council resources are used fairly and appropriately
The aim of this role is enable people leaving prison to experience a programme of support with a long term goal of moving into independent living and minimise the risk of rough sleeping when leaving prison.
You will be joining a dedicated group of colleagues including other specialist roles focused on ex-offenders – a housing needs officer, a coordinator accessing supported housing and a service finding private rented accommodation for this client group
You will be a skilled multi-tasker who thrives on coordinating a busy caseload. Your advanced communication skills and non-judgemental approach will enable you to develop a quick rapport with clients and partners alike.
