Children's Wellbeing Practitioner
We are recruiting two Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners or Education and Mental Health Practitioners to join our small team which is part of our Educational Psychology Service (EPS). We work with schools, young people and parent-led organisations to develop and deliver a flexible, responsive offer to meet local mental health and wellbeing needs. Our offer includes:
- Individual interventions for parents and young people.
- Group interventions for parents and young people.
- Workshops for young people, parents and school staff.
12 month fixed term contracts
£32,418 - £34,209 pa
Full Time - 36 hours per week
Our CWP team is managed by the Senior Specialist Educational Psychologist for Social, Emotional & Mental Health, and receive clinical supervision from a clinical practitioner within the Schools Emotional Wellbeing Service. Our CWPs are involved in the service’s many special interest groups, including for supervision, participation and emotionally-based school avoidance.

Minimum requirements: Successful completion of the Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner or Education & Mental Health Practitioner training course, including satisfactory placement work.*

The successful applicants will be required to visit schools and community settings across Enfield and neighbouring boroughs.
