We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Housing Customer Services Team.

You will need a passion for customer service and a real commitment to the delivery of services to the residents of Brighton and Hove.

About the role

In this post you will play a key role in fulfilling  the council's Customer Promise and Vision by  inspiring a team of Housing Customer Service Advisers to deliver excellent advice and support to council tenants and leaseholders across the full range of communication channels. 

You will also be responsible for performance in specific service areas and lead on projects to bring new work into the team and improve service delivery. 

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
