What you will be doing… you will provide support with Health & Safety (H&S) management actions and advise to customers, to ensure fire safety and other H&S issues are complied with. You will support the neighborhood safety officer by carrying out H&S inspections and ensure resident compliance with fire safety and other H&S obligations. You will provide excellent customer service on fire safety compliance as well as H&S matters and deal with all customer enquiries and distribute issues to the right person/team. You will maintain and monitor systems for fire safety programmes and help out with other administrative tasks.
You will have…a positive attitude, friendly and helpful manner. You are able to priorities tasks and have a flexible approach. You are a good listener and empathic communicator and enjoy working as part of a team. You have good IT skills and are willing to learn other IT packages and use new technology.
