The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Registered General Nurse in Great Baddow, Chelmsford.

  • Location: Great Baddow, Chelmsford
  • Salary: £19.55 per hour
  • Hours: 25 hours per week – X2 day shifts across a 7 day rota (07:15-19:45)
  • As our RGN, your role will range from purely clinical care to wider emotional and social support where nurses play a crucial role in improving customer health and well-being.
  • You will assess the residents’ physical, psychological, social and emotional needs
  • You will administer care and medication
  • You will maintain patient records and develop care plans
  • You will supervise and train junior Nursing Staff
  • You will fully support the safeguarding of vulnerable adults

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly. The successful candidate will:

  • Be a registered General Nurse (Active NMC)
  • Have previous experience in a similar environment - Desirable
  • Have experience with Dementia Care- Desirable
