Hours: 20 hours per week x 39 weeks per year (term time only) 12:30pm - 4:30pm, 5 days per week
Grade: APTC 2 Point 3-4
Salary: £21,408 - £21,795 full time salary p.a

The Mawney Foundation School is a proactive, supportive, well-resourced school, with high expectations of all members of staff and pupils. The school has also been graded as ‘Good’ in our last 3 Ofsted inspections (most recent in January 2020). The Executive Head teacher, Head teacher and Governors are currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic administrative assistant join our fun and supportive team.
You will also join us at a very exciting time. We are currently undergoing an expansion programme as the school increases to 3 forms of entry in our new school building that was completed in Nov 2017. The school is also part of The Learning and Achieving Federation (formed with Crownfield Junior School), which enables the schools to share training, support, expertise and resources across both sites for the benefit of the pupils and staff.
Required to start as soon as possible, an enthusiastic, flexible, confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills to work in a busy school office, term time only. An ability to work on your own initiative and to keep calm under pressure is essential.
The role will include extensive use of word processing, spreadsheets and general office and reception duties, as well as the use of the SIMS system, so expertise and experience in this software is essential.
