Job introduction

The Governors wish to appoint a highly motivated, committed, enthusiastic and talented professional with the ability to make a further difference to our children and our community. The position is temporary for a year and is for 2.5 or 3 days a week (September – end of July).

About the role

The successful candidate will play an important role by supporting the Catholic ethos (even if not Catholic), contributing to a forward thinking team who strive to provide outstanding teaching and learning for all children at all times, demonstrating excellent professional practice and always placing children at the centre. They will contribute to the School Development Plan and be committed to raising standards whilst bringing a range of skills and interests that impact on the school community. Successful candidates will have high expectations and the ability to plan an inspiring, innovative curriculum that ensures all children make good or better progress. They will also lead an area so that it impacts positively on all children (unless an NQT) and work well with others and as part of a team.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
