Work Redbridge Housing Integration Officer

Work Redbridge, the Councils employment support and brokerage service is seeking to grow the team to help deliver our Economic Recovery Programme in response to increasing levels of unemployment. In order to support more residents into jobs and to progress in their careers, and to support employers with their recruitment and skill needs, we are seeking applications for the following post:

To lead on the integration of the Work Redbridge employment support offer across Housing services in the borough.  You will act as a single point of contact between Housing and Work Redbridge services to encourage officers to make high quality, appropriate referrals and help to increase the number of residents who engage with Work Redbridge for support to help them access employment.
