Nightly Paid Property Officer x 3

The Nightly Paid Property Officer role is responsible for supporting the procurement of Nightly Paid accommodation in a cost-effective manner that provides value for money to the Council, so accommodation is used economically and effectively and is compliant to statutory standards regarding both health and safety and suitability. You will carry out inspections to check occupancy and ensure that Nightly Paid accommodation units remain in a good state of repair.

By effectively communicating with the managing agent providers and all internal and external organisations, you will provide a comprehensive and responsive management and support service for homeless households placed in Nightly Paid accommodation. You will provide advice and guidance on moving and securing accommodation in the Private Rental sector, liaising with managing agents regarding the transfer/conversion of Nightly Paid accommodation to Private Rental Sector accommodation. You will ensure that all records relating to Nightly Paid accommodation are maintained, up to date and accurate.
