Do you have extensive experience as a Coordinator in the Property sector? Are you methodical, analytical and diligent? If so, a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join our Property Information Team based in Croydon or Kent as a Property Charging Coordinator.

In this exciting new role, you will:

  • Collect analyse and store the accurate information and documents needed to charge Optivo's new and existing unencumbered stock.
  • Plan co-ordinate and progress Optivo's property charging exercises, producing property portfolios tailored to particular loans and lenders.
  • Maintain registers of charged properties for each relevant lender/counterparty.
  • Assist in maintaining Optivo's central property asset register

Ideally, you’ll have worked in the Property sector in a similar role.

You’ll have a pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving with a focus on fast practical solutions.

You’ll successfully work to deadlines, prioritise your own workload effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.

This role will include reviewing and sending out legal correspondence, so you’ll need to have an excellent standard of written communication.

You’ll have experience of applying robust and methodical analytical skills, while adopting a flexible and adaptable approach to tasks as they occur.

You’ll have previous experience maintaining a central database, ensuring up-to-date information.

You’ll be an excellent communicator, and have excellent attention to detail to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll have a proven ability to establish personal credibility with a range of stakeholders, and able to build trust with colleagues quickly.
