Individual Needs Assistant
Job introduction
We require an excellent Individual Needs Assistant to join our wonderful school and share our vision of ‘Exploring and Learning Together, Inspiring Each Other’. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Individual Needs Assistant who has experience of working with children who have insecure attachment needs or has had attachment aware trauma responsive training. Therapeutic knowledge would also be desirable but not essential
Hours: 24.5 hours per week 8:30am – 3:15pm
Paid weeks per year: 47.15 inclusive of holiday entitlement
Fixed term: this post is for a child with an EHCP’s and therefore will exist whilst the plan is in place.
Start date: To be agreed with successful candidate
