What you’ll be doing
As Optivo’s Junior Paralegal, you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to manage your own caseload of property transactions for Optivo and its Group partners.
You’ll undertake residential conveyancing from instruction to completion including the preparation of property related transactional documents from precedents. And you’ll be able to assist the Property and Contracts Lawyers as required.
This role requires you to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, external contacts and partners. There are opportunities to take on the wide variety of work that an organisation the size of Optivo offers under the supervision of experienced solicitors and within a friendly and supportive team.
What you’ll need
You’ll ideally have a Law degree, or equivalent level of legal training. Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office suite and Outlook. With the ability to present information in a variety of forms to a high standard.
You’ll consistently strive to learn and develop, you will seek feedback to help improve your knowledge and skills. Along with the passion for providing good service consistently to ensure that the client is satisfied with the results.
