Havering Adult College are now looking to recruit a full-time Curriculum Development Manager to join a dynamic and creative curriculum team, and support, promote and lead on the service’s LLDD provision, mental health and wellbeing agenda. 

Havering Adult College offers a wide range of courses in a variety of subjects and venues across the Borough to learners aged 16+.  You will have responsibility for ensuring the effective operation, development and strategic management of a diverse range of the designated Sector Subject areas in particular the LLDD provision, mental health and wellbeing agenda to meet the evolving needs of the service, as directed by the senior management team.

You will lead on the development of new, and sustaining existing, relationships with a range of partners, including voluntary and community based organisations, other council departments, employers and parents.

You will have an understanding of Equality and Diversity, and an appreciation of the requirements of teachers under the Safeguarding of Children & Vulnerable Adults regulations.
