Salary range: £22,185 - £22,995 p.a. inc.
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 20 hours per week
Location: Bridge Park Community Leisure Centre and other locations from time to time

The Post
We are currently looking for 3 part-time Leisure Assistants. The role is crucial to the centre success and you will be the first point of contact to answer queries and help members.
The main responsibilities will include gym instruction, writing exercise programmes and conducting various one-to-one appointments, coaching group classes and face to face customer interaction duties will apply.
The Person
You will need to be flexible, reliable and passionate about member needs as well as help, advise and train them to achieve individual goals. You will need to be pro-active and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction and previous experience is preferable. A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work as part of a committed team.
