Director of Planned Investment

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused leader with the ability to collaborate at all levels to lead our planned investment team. You will lead and deliver Notting Hill Genesis’ long-term strategic asset investment plan, focusing on value for money whilst improving our properties. You will have technical experience in the field of planned investment.
The successful candidate will drive strong performance, have strong contract management skills and work across teams, sharing their passion for delivering customer-centric services with the team.
You will be responsible for managing the planned investment asset programme, preparing and delivering to budgets, adhering to legislation, introducing programme management processes, modernising and automating our approach and building relationships across the organisation and with our residents.
Communication, strategic-thinking, programme management skills and collaboration are crucial in this role; you’ll need to lead and support your team through changing and challenging external influences. You will have the ability to manage and motivate the team to success.
