About the role
The council is looking for a new equality manager to join its communities, equality and third sector team.
The post holder will be responsible for working with council services to ensure they are inclusive and accessible for all Brighton & Hove residents, leading on key strategic EDI work, for example, the council's work to become an anti-racist organisation, and for ensuring the council remains at the forefront of equality, diversity and inclusion policy, knowledge and practice.
Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
