Supervising Case Officer

Salary: PO2 £38,883 to £41,850

X1 Permanent, Full Time (36 hours) position

Our Youth Offending Service provides high quality youth justice services to young people in Enfield through its skilled multi-disciplinary team. Our service is well resourced and well led by the management board and committed leadership team .

We are highly ambitious for young people we support and service we deliver. We understand our strengths and areas for development and we have the resources to build upon the good practice to deliver excellent services.

We are looking for highly skilled, youth justice knowledgeable and experienced, flexible, and highly motivated individuals to join our team to help our young people, divert them from offending and help them to achieve the best outcomes.

You will be expected to build positive relationship of trust with young people and their families and undertake timely and high-quality assessments to inform development of highly effective and personalised intervention plans to help young people to achieve desistance.

Please note you may be required to work some weekends to meet the needs of the service.
