Housing Engagement Manager
The Housing Engagement Manager will lead on developing and implementing the Resident Involvement Strategy and spearheading our work on resident involvement in building safety.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an excellent track record of delivering an outcome focussed resident involvement service to meet regulatory requirements.
You will be highly skilled in consultation and engagement techniques including digital engagement and have experience in community development. You will be responsible for managing a small team of housing engagement officers as well as have overall responsibility for our housing community facilities including the Priory Court Community Centre.
