Housing Futures: A Decent Home for All
We are looking for a Tenancy Officer to join our Tenancy Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our residents and delivering a full range of support to ensure the tenancy is sustainable and as well as enforcing breaches of tenancy. You will be the lead officer for managing complex tenancy management issues throughout the tenancy, working closely with colleagues in other teams to find the most appropriate solution. You will have good knowledge of housing legislation, policy, and practice and be an excellent communicator in ensuring our residents understand the terms and conditions of their tenancy agreement.
