About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a part time (0.5FTE) role within the Access to Education team based at Hove Town Hall. The role is to work within the team to ensure that all children in the city have access to a suitable education. The post involves supporting Home Educating families in their provision of appropriate education for their children; also supporting the work to provide education for young people who are too unwell to attend school.
The successful candidate will have a background in education, with a good knowledge of teaching and learning and of school systems, as well as a keen interest in the role education plays in future opportunities for young people.
Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: This role does not meet the requirement for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System. Successful candidates will need to evidence that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
