Children's Services Contract Manager

Based in the London borough of Ealing, the Commissioning Alliance supports a number of local authorities working together to commission children and young people’s services, delivering improvements to the quality, range and value of provision.
We are seeking an exceptional contract manager who has a flair for collaborative working and building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will be analytical, able to focus on detail, skilled at mediating between parties, confident at giving advice and delivering training. You should also have a detailed knowledge of children’s services commissioning, specifically for looked after children and the 16+ Semi Independent market.
You will be at the heart of driving efficiency, best value and innovation across London and regionally. You will bring substantial energy, enthusiasm, and disciplined organisational skills to help our Local Authorities realise their collective ambitions.
