As an Income Collection and Systems Manager, you will take ownership over the Corporate Income Management System and Debt Recovery systems and be responsible for the majority of Camden’s Income collection and billing whilst ensuring PCI compliance is adhered to.
The Role
To support and develop the Corporate Income Management and Debit recovery systems in a way that conforms to financial regulations and the growing needs of the business whilst complying with the financial regulations and linking to the Council’s ledger.
Ensure all income/debt data is secure, correctly costed and up to date, and that all business units throughout Camden have access to this information in a timely manner.
To manage the Income Management team with responsibility for Income management systems, cash security and barcode payment contracts.
Support and advise on all projects that involve the systems you manage.
About you
To be consider for this role you must have experience of working with Finance systems at an administrator level.
Have a strong background in Finance which includes income and reconciliation and the importance of audit trails.
Have a good understanding of Payment systems and the regulations involved in card payments.
Experience of being on Project Boards to implement new processes, preferably systems but not essential.
The post holder is also required to work flexibly, adjusting their own workload to meet individual work targets and the priority demands of projects and the team.
