Marketing Assistant
Would you like to work for one of the largest providers of affordable homes in London and the South East? Can you make a difference within our residential property marketing team?
Our sales and marketing team is passionate about giving customers the opportunity to love where they live – we sell great homes and reinvest our surplus in building more affordable homes, so our success is vital to the success of the communities where we work. We’re motivated by the positive impact that good quality housing has on people’s lives. For many of our customers, home ownership starts with us.
We’re looking for a highly-organised, self-motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing team to deliver a number of innovative marketing campaigns that help us sell our new build developments.
Key responsibilities will include administrative support to the team, raising purchase orders and recording spend against budget, booking meeting and event spaces, assisting with approvals of marketing and advertising outputs, co-ordinating and reviewing on-line marketing presence and maintaining up to date campaign trackers, logs and action plans.
Regular contact with all members of the marketing team is essential together with clear and concise reporting on any administrative requests. You will be required to arrange pitches for marketing campaigns with design suppliers and set up new suppliers on our systems. You will also co-ordinate requests for merchandise, marketing collateral and imagery.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will be an integral member of a committed team of professional marketers that will enable us to deliver a truly ambitious sales pipeline over the next five years. You’ll be able to prioritise your own workload, have excellent attention to detail, good listening and writing skills and be flexible and able to adapt quickly under pressure. Proficient in MS office with accurate typing skills, you should have the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
To ensure you’ll be a success, you should ideally have a Marketing degree and experience of working in a marketing environment. This is a great opportunity for a current Marketing Assistant/Administrator who is looking to extend their experience and get more involved in campaign management.
If this sounds like the challenge you’re looking for we’d love to hear from you.
Applications will close at midday on 08 February 2021. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to assessment and Interview on or around 15 February 2021.
