We’re looking for a dedicated and creative Resales and legal Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of our of Resales, Staircasing and leasehold legal administrative functions (lease extensions, collective enfranchisement etc.).
As a member of the Home Ownership Business Support management team you will help develop a trusting and collaborative culture that aligns with NHG purpose, mission, and values. You will be accountable for the line management of staff who are responsible for providing a customer friendly and compliant end to end service for our leasehold customers in respect of all legal, staircasing and resale transactions. We expect you to provide strong and effective leadership to implement and manage agreed plans aligned with NHG’s values to ensure the best possible results for our customers and staff.
You will be part of the wider Home Ownership Department, which provides a holistic management service for our 18,000 leasehold customers. As such, you will be expected to play a key part in driving the long-term success of the Home Ownership team, through various initiatives and projects. You will work closely with other internal departments and be expected to work collaboratively across the whole organisation to both represent Home Ownership and drive our overall success.
Whether you are managing key stakeholder relationships, agreeing management strategies, motivating your team to reach objectives and performance indicators, or leading your team through change, your tenacity will be vital to our business’ success. This role is demanding and crucial to our long-term vision of providing a compliant, professional and customer focused resale and legal service.
