Deputy Team Manager - Mental Health Adult Social Care Reablement Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Adult Social Care Department for someone committed to providing a comprehensive and effective social work and occupational therapy service to people with mental health needs in Southwark.
We are seeking an experienced social worker or occupational therapist to join us as a Deputy Team Manager, assisting the team manager to develop and manage a growing social care team.
You must be a qualified social worker or occupational therapist with experience of working with people who have complex mental health and social care needs.
To succeed you will have experience of managing and supervising staff as we as partnership working. You will be committed to developing service user focused services and have excellent leadership skills as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and policy.
