We are now looking to build on that work, and are recruiting a number of apprentices to join our Customer Service and Business Support team at the start of 2021.
As part of the experience, you will get to see a number of different roles within Customer Service and Business Support, be that in finance, HR, libraries, service improvement, or elsewhere. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of business administration and customer service processes within different functions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop a career in business administration while gaining a recognised qualification at level 2. You will also gain an understanding of the workings within a local authority
We are looking for dynamic, flexible people with a willingness to grow while taking responsibility for their learning and development. You must be able to work independently and part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and, most importantly of all, a desire to continue developing yourself and the service we provide.
