About The job

The Building Services Officer will be the face of Facilities Management primarily within the Stratford Campus and will provide cover at other sites as and when required. The role will require you to engage with staff and ensure buildings run smoothly on a day to day basis. You will undertake building checks as well as porterage services for the campus in addition to Undertaking minor building repairs, assisting with the locking and unlocking of buildings and reporting any health and safety or major repairs to the Senior Facilities Officer and the Building Services Manager.

About You

You will be friendly, flexible, enjoy working with people and as part of a team.

You will undertake minor daily building repairs such as changing light bulbs, replacing toilet seats and unblocking toilets, painting small rooms, moving desks and equipment, some cleaning duties and litter picking will also be part of the job.

Some Saturday work is also required.
