An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the CHS BI function within the service as a CHS BI Analyst focusing on education. This role is pivotal in completing a wide range of statutory returns, performance reports and building strong relationships with schools. We are looking for an experienced analyst who has knowledge of various education related data and returns. You will be joining an ambition function that prides itself on delivering value for the Council and enabling the improvement in outcomes for our residents.

Role Responsibilities:

  •  To support and produce analytical and intelligence products against Children’s Services priorities and objectives for improving outcomes for Children.
    •    To be responsible for the production and development of education intelligence products including dashboards.
    •    To maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including developing a strong relationship with schools.
    •    To lead on the successful completion of education statutory returns including the School Census, Attainment and the School workforce returns.
    •    To drive forward and delivery the commercial BI offer for schools within the Borough.
    •    To support Children’s Services in completing any other relevant and agreed statutory returns.
    •    Provide support to Children’s Service in relation to any inspection.
