Job introduction

We are seeking to appoint a confident, experienced and caring Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work 1-1 with children with complex needs. Candidates for this post will need to demonstrate their resilience, ability to use their own initiative and strong understanding of emotional regulation. This is a fixed term contract attached to the children with a possibility of renewal.

Salary: Scale 3 - £19,312 - £19,698 (Pro Rata)

Paid weeks per year: 46.94

Fixed term: to 31 August 2021

Start date: ASAP

Previous experience of supporting children with SEMH needs in a primary school setting is desirable.
