Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail? Want to work with decision makers in a large social enterprise?

Notting Hill Genesis exists to provide good quality housing to those who otherwise couldn’t afford it. We are inspired by the impact we can have and are passionate about creating a better London.

The Governance team is key to making our vision a reality. We make sure that the organisation has a robust and compliant governance framework, meeting legal, regulatory and statutory requirements so that NHG can do what it does best: provide homes.

We’re offering a great opportunity for a Board Secretary and Corporate Governance Advisor to join us. We need you to provide pro-active company secretarial support to the Director of Governance and to Subsidiary Boards, Joint Ventures and Committees. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that quality is not compromised while working to strict deadlines.

Collaboration and communication is vital! As a key member of the Governance team, you’ll be responsible for company secretarial support and advice for a range of joint venture, subsidiary boards and Committees. You will be able to take lead on corporate governance projects to strengthen consistency across our group portfolio. You will be tasked with maintaining statutory registers and assist in filing returns to Companies House, the FCA, and the regulator. You will therefore need to evidence that you can get to grips with complex legal, property development or regulatory topic matters.

If this sounds like the role for you, we would love to hear from you!
