Young Health Champion Coordinator
Fixed Term 1 year

£22,995 - £24,258 pa pro rata
15 hours a week

 Person specification: 

•    Good communication skills (verbal, written)

•    Good listening skills

•    Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

•    Ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and other Young people

•    Good organisational and administration skills

•    Good time management skills

•    Experience in facilitating YP workshops

•    Proficient in IT and social networking sites

•    Able to work effectively with different stakeholders

This is your chance, if you are a young person living or studying in newham, to develop and own a project with young people at its heart. Have you got the skills, energy and drive to help create a network of young health champions in Newham? You will be tasked with creating and delivering a project plan to engage young people to help them find their way through the current pandemic and the recovery period that will follow. These are challenging times - are you up for this important role?
